Second House in Spain is a Costa del Sol real estate company with roots going back to 1999, when we began developing luxury villas in the prestigious Campo-Mijas area between Marbella and Mijas Costa. Over the years, our experience in building and selling high-quality homes has grown into a full real estate service for international buyers looking for property in southern Spain.
Today we specialise in helping clients find the right property on the Costa del Sol. Whether that is a modern apartment, a beachfront penthouse, a golf property, or a luxury villa with sea views.
Local Experience Since 1999
Our journey started with the development of luxury villas surrounded by tropical gardens and private swimming pools. The success of these projects quickly created demand from buyers looking not only for villas, but also for apartments and other properties across the Costa del Sol.
By 2002 we opened our office in Fuengirola and expanded our services to support international buyers through every stage of the purchase process.
